A 20% re-stocking fee will apply on orders cancelled after 15 days, shipping charges or collections fees if applicable. Any cancellation must be done in writing or email. No exceptions. There are no minimum orders however a $35 Special Handling Fee will apply for orders below $500. Wholesale price is for Stocking Dealers only and for Non-Stocking Dealers, a 20% surcharge will be applied however, it can be waived for orders above $3000 on wholesale pricing.

All shipments are FOB Chattanooga, TN. To avoid damage, all shipments will be shipped via an approved truck line. Freight charges for all shipments will be under prepaid terms unless special arrangement has been made. Stock items will be available within days. Please allow 8-12 weeks for items out of stock. Delivery dates are estimated and are subject to change.

We accepts credit card payment (VISA, MC, and AMEX) or check for first order. Credit cards are charged the day the order ships. Credit application can be submitted for customers who will be ordering on regular basis. Credit approved customers will receive net 30 days terms. Late payments for approved terms will be subject to late fees.
